CHARTER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I acknowledge that charter boats must have a licensed captain, provide proof of insurance, and load passengers at a public dock.” Must be checked to proceed.

AGREEMENT

By submitting payment, Tenant agrees:

All fees must be paid in full before occupancy.
Tenant must maintain active boat insurance during the rental term.
The marina is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, storm damage, vandalism, sinking, or acts of God.
Tenant agrees to follow all marina rules and maintain a clean and safe space.
No illegal drugs, excessive drinking, or hazardous activities are permitted.
Landlord retains a lien on the vessel for unpaid charges as allowed by Wisconsin law.
Tenant agrees to remove the boat at the end of the rental term.
The rented space is for docking or storage of the vessel only. Use of the vessel as a residence or live-aboard is not permitted without written permission from the marina.
This Agreement is non-transferable, and if the boat is sold or otherwise transferred, Tenant must immediately notify the marina office at 414-482-1430.
If Tenant’s boat is sinking, adrift, damaged, or otherwise in distress, the marina may take any reasonable action it deems necessary to protect the boat, docks, or surrounding property, at Tenant’s risk and expense.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
